About e-votingbooth
about the site
e-VotingBooth is a straightforward site: you setup a free account, browse current legislation being deliberated in Congress, select a bill, read about it and then vote!

You can also check out election results. The website will provide you with current results immediately upon submitting your vote for any bill, resolution or amendment. Also, our first site upgrade (coming soon) will provide your elected officials’ votes alongside yours for comparison.

Vote as little or as much as you want. Just remember, the more you participate the more leverage you create. Also, the more votes you have across a broad spectrum of bills the more information you have to better analyze your Representative, Senators and President before elections. In addition, you’ll be able to indicate to your Congressmen exactly where you are aligned and misaligned on issues.

If you have not registered to vote we strongly encourage you to register. Your Voter Registration Number is how we validate your authenticity. You can still setup an account and vote on bills, but your results will be grouped in the "Non-Validated" data and will hold far less weight with your elected officials.

NOTE: e-VotingBooth.com does not have a relationship or affiliation with any political party or candidate. We simply provide you with the opportunity to participate in the legislative process of the United States. The company is privately owned and operated and receives no financial or other consideration from any of the aforementioned entities or individuals.;

about congress
Alan R. Gitelson (Loyola University), Robert L. Dudley (George Mason University) and Melvin J. Dubnick (Rutgers University), in their textbook American Government, note how Madison warned of the pitfalls of interest groups. "He also argued that they are an inevitable cost in any democratic system. Madison hoped that the divisiveness of factions would be tempered by both built-in checks and balances and a political system that would ensure the creation of competing factions."

Unfortunately Congress has overcome every built-in check and balance—until now. e-VotingBooth isn´t a government agency: Congress can´t block us, can´t take away our funding, and best of all, can´t ignore you any more.
